To ensure seamless service delivery to our clients, we have implemented a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan to minimize risks, including redundant systems and services, threat intelligence (TI) and other measures to avoid incidents and minimize recovery time in the event of any unforeseen incidents. Being proactive and risk aware, we anticipate and mitigate functional failures and threats that could affect our operations.
Synergies has implemented and has been certified in Information Security Management and Quality Management Systems under the international standards ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 since 2010. The Information Security Management System focuses on ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client information through the implementation of policies, procedures and controls that mitigate risks associated with information security, while the Quality Management System has the main objective to ensure that we consistently meet or exceed our client’s requirements.
